All horses are registered and most are show quality although we do have a couple of miniatures that are suitable for pets. Toni was one of the founders and owners of Re/Max Lake & Country at Lake Anna for over 8 years which was recently sold so that she could focus more on her clients. The office is located at Lake Anna where Toni can meet with customers and clients at 5755 Courthouse Rd. Toni also specializes in marketing and locating horse properties for enthusiasts in the surrounding areas. Being a horse owner uniquely qualifies her to help you sell or locate that perfect property for you and your equine partners.


Located near Lake Anna close to the Louisa county and Spotsylvania borders, we do welcome visitors by appointment only. Please email or call to make an appointment as there are other residents including a number of Corgis, a German Shepherd, teenagers and other 4-legged and winged creatures.


We are approximately 90 minutes from northern Virginia, 35 minutes to Charlottesville, 45 minutes to Fredericksburg and a little over an hour to Richmond.
